Self-Worth and the Womb: How are they Connected?
Womb Healing Holds the Key to Reclaiming Your Power
I believe the source of our manifestation power as women begins from a healed womb. It is our source of connection to spirit and higher guidance. This sacred space is not just biological—it’s energetic, emotional, ancestral. It holds memory. It holds story. It holds truth.
Imagine what happens when we numb out and disconnect from that source...
We lose our connection to our power, to our ability to create, to speak up for what we believe in. We lack self-confidence and we don’t believe what we have to say truly matters. A woman who has experienced trauma, or simply doesn’t believe in herself, will struggle to set boundaries. She’ll struggle asking for what she really wants, and she will have a difficult time earning the income she truly desires.
This isn’t just about ambition. It’s about self-worth. It’s about belonging to yourself.
As part of my mission, I long to see more women shining at their brightest, owning their worth, and using their voice to be a beacon of light for others to awaken in this world.
And as I’ve learned in my own path—and witnessed time and time again in my work with clients—living in the world from a healed womb is an integral place to start.
The Story Our Womb Carries
One of my clients came to me struggling to own her worth. She was undercharging for her sacred work, second-guessing her value, and deeply doubting whether she truly mattered. Beneath her polished surface was a heavy root system of “not enough.”
During a womb healing session, we gently landed on a memory from her childhood. Her mother, who struggled with alcoholism, had chosen to stay at the bar instead of going home with her. In that tender moment, my client absorbed a belief that so many of us carry: “I don’t matter.”
Her womb had been holding onto this memory, silently shaping her sense of value, her ability to ask for support, to charge for her gifts, and to speak her truth.
Through the practice of EFT Tapping, we helped her validate the pain she experienced in that moment. She was able to speak to her younger self with compassion, explaining the truth: that her mother’s addiction had nothing to do with her worth. It was never about her.
She was born inherently worthy.
And as that truth landed, a deep release moved through her body. Her womb softened. Her voice became stronger. Her energy began to radiate with something new. She left the session feeling clear, empowered, and able to raise her rates and speak from her center—for the first time in years.
The Womb as a Gateway to Worth
Our womb is more than an organ—it is a gateway to our voice, our boundaries, our capacity to receive. When there are unresolved stories, ungrieved losses, or inherited beliefs stuck in this space, it becomes harder to feel rooted in self-worth.
But when we return to the womb with tenderness, with reverence, and with the right healing tools, we reconnect to something ancient and whole.
We remember:
We are not broken.
We are not too much.
We are not invisible.
We are worthy, simply because we exist.
