Sarah Morgan is a serial entrepreneur and deep-technology innovator with more than 20 years of experience building companies across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and the Netherlands. Her work spans lighting technology, software, and the science of how light affects human health and performance. Technology she developed was selected by the International WELL Building Institute as the reference implementation for the WELL v2 global lighting standard, which is now used in more than 74,000 buildings worldwide. Sarah has presented her work at international conferences including CIE, IES, and the BioClock Symposium, and has consulted with NASA, the Canadian Space Agency, and Blue Origin on lighting systems and the biological effects of light. She is now pursuing doctoral study focused on innovation, standardization, and how emerging technologies successfully grow from ideas into widely adopted solutions.
