What is the Order of the Rose?

The Order of the Rose is a living lineage of love.

It is a remembrance carried in the body, in the heart, in the womb. A soft yet powerful current of devotion that has moved through time, through women, through mystery schools both seen and unseen. It has left traces, whispers in temples, encoded in symbols, carried in the prayers and presence of those who have devoted their lives to love as a spiritual path.

The Order of the Rose is also a path of initiation into the frequency of the rose itself.

The rose holds a unique signature in the natural world. Its petals unfold in beauty, spiraling, mirroring the intelligence of life. Its fragrance has long been associated with the divine, used in rituals, anointing oils, and sacred ceremonies across cultures. There is a reason the rose continues to be offered at altars, at births, at deaths, at weddings —it carries a frequency that heals and opens the heart.

Rose energy is both tender and strong. It invites us into deeper feeling, into vulnerability, into truth speaking and boundaries. It invites us into the energy of the heart itself, feeling our pain, opening our hearts to forgiveness, and knowing love beyond conditions. It invites us into a love that is no longer something we reach for, but something we become.

Within the subtle body, the rose is often experienced as a high-frequency vibration that works through the heart and womb centers, harmonizing the emotional body and bringing coherence to our inner world. It softens what has been armored, while also bringing clarity and discernment.

Throughout history, there have been those who have carried this current intentionally.

Many feel a resonance between the Order of the Rose and the devotional lineages connected to Jesus and Mary Magdalene. A path rooted in love, in sacred union, in the anointing of the body as holy. In the stories of Mary Magdalene, we find a woman who knew how to love deeply, who held the power to anoint, and embodied deep presence and devotion. The use of sacred oils, the reverence for the body, the honoring of love as a transformative force—these are all threads that weave through what we now remember as the Order of the Rose.

Some believe where the women shed tears at the crucifixion, roses grew in their place. Some believe the rose teachings originated long before in the lands of Ancient Egypt and even before that, ancient Lemuria.

After the crucifixion, the energy of the rose spread across the Mediterranean through the travels of Mary Magdalene to Southern France, and Joseph of Arimathea to England.

But this lineage is less about historical proof and more about energetic recognition. For many, there is a felt sense, a remembering that arises in the heart when encountering these teachings.

The Order of the Rose is deeply connected to the feminine path of initiation.

A path that honors cycles, embodiment, intuition, sisterhood and the wisdom held within the body. It calls women into a way of being where their sensitivity becomes a strength, where their capacity to feel becomes a source of guidance, where their presence itself becomes medicine.

To walk this path is to devote oneself to love as a practice.

It is a commitment to open the heart again and again. To refine one’s energy, to clear what is no longer aligned, to embody truth with grace. It is a path that asks for courage, for honesty, for a willingness to be transformed.

The rose unfolds in layers, each petal revealing something new. And the rose is not always blooming, there are times it goes dormant, and times when its petals die away to be born anew.

In the same way, initiation into the Order of the Rose is a gradual remembering. A deepening into our own essence. A death, rebirth and initiation, returning to the part of you that already knows how to love, how to lead, and how to serve.

This is the path of the priestess.

A woman devoted to the sacred. A woman who tends to the invisible. A woman healing the wounds of the past, who lives in relationship with the divine as something alive within her.

The Way of the Priestess is an invitation into this lineage.

A space where the teachings of the rose come alive through ritual, practice, and sisterhood. Where you are guided to open, to remember, to embody. Where the frequency of love becomes something you live, breathe, and share with the world.

At its essence, the Order of the Rose is something you remember.

And once remembered, it begins to bloom through you.
