The Three Waves of Volunteers and Souls Arriving to Earth

There are moments on Earth when the veil thins, and souls begin to remember why they came. The First Wave: The Pioneers and Old Souls
Estimated to be in their late 50s to 70s, the first wave of volunteers began incarnating post-World War II and into the 1960s and ‘70s. These souls came to Earth with little karma, many having never incarnated before. They came in with high sensitivity, spiritual depth, and a profound inner knowing that Earth was not their original home.
Dolores described these souls as having had the hardest time adjusting to life here. The violence, greed, and disconnection of modern life often felt unbearable. Many felt overwhelmed by human emotion—especially anger and hatred. Some turned to rebellion. Others to silence or depression. Some left the Earth altogether, unable to bear the density.
And yet—they were the pioneers. They walked ahead of us, grounding currents of light into a struggling world. Their purpose was to support the shift in frequency. Their courage carved a path for others to follow…
The Second Wave: Frequency Holders and Energy Anchors
Now in their late 30s to late 40s, the second wave arrived with slightly more ease—but also a unique paradox. They are often described as “antennas” or “beacons.” They transmit energy simply by existing. They don’t need to teach or heal in the traditional sense. Their energy field is often their medicine.
Second wave souls often work alone. Many feel a deep inner resistance to crowds or overstimulation. They are highly sensitive and often empathic, preferring solitude or nature over social interaction. They don’t always feel called to parent or marry, sensing that these roles may create unnecessary karma and distraction from their core mission.
Many feel guilty for not “doing more,” not realizing that their very vibration is the work. They hold the frequency that helps anchor the New Earth timeline.
The Third Wave: Indigo, Crystal, and Rainbow Children
This younger generation, many in their early twenties, is made up of what are often referred to as the indigo, crystal, and rainbow children. These souls are arriving with enhanced DNA, naturally aligned with the vibrational frequency of the evolving Earth. They are intuitive, strong-willed, highly sensitive, and deeply creative.
Many of these children have been diagnosed with conditions like ADHD, but because they are wired for a different reality. They require stimulation, depth, and truth. They resist outdated authority structures. They are not here to fit in—they are here to rebuild the world.
The third wave is the embodiment of hope. They do not need to remember their mission in the same way—they already live it.
The Priestess Perspective: And Why This Matters Now
As Priestesses, mystics, and sensitive souls, it is important that we recognize the soul architecture of the world around us. These waves are part of the energetic evolution we feel pulsing through the Earth. Many of us may recognize ourselves in these waves, or in our children, clients, or community.
This understanding gives us context for our sensitivity, our longing to go “home,” our resistance to traditional systems. It reminds us that being different is by design.
We are part of a much larger orchestration. We are here to midwife a shift in consciousness, to support others who are awakening, and to become the living vessel, to allow this life to be in service to the divine, and supporting others to awaken this divinity within themselves.
